The Nigerian entertainment industry has been thrown into mourning following the death of Nollywood actress and beauty queen Tenia Abraham Omenogor, who died at the age of 32 after reportedly battling a kidney infection.
Abraham’s death was announced by her family on Thursday, October 15, 2026, through a statement shared on her TikTok account. The family described her as a talented performer and a cherished daughter, sister and friend whose passing had left them devastated.
According to details contained in her funeral announcement, the actress died on October 13, 2026. She was subsequently laid to rest at Gudu Cemetery in Abuja on Saturday, October 17.

In their tribute, her family remembered her as a woman whose talent, warmth and personality made a lasting impression on those around her. They expressed confidence that her contributions and the memories she created would continue to live on despite her untimely death.
