Yemeni Brigadier General Yahya Saree has claimed that the country’s air defences intercepted two formations of Saudi fighter aircraft over Marib, involving F-15 and Typhoon jets.

According to the claim, the aircraft were targeted with locally manufactured missiles. Saree did not provide further details on the circumstances of the alleged interceptions or whether any aircraft were damaged or brought down.

The claim, as reported by Iran En, has not been independently verified, and there was no immediate confirmation from Saudi authorities.
