Chef Nini, chief executive officer of Nini’s Food and Confectionery, has emerged as one of the major culinary attractions at the ongoing Uyai Food Festival in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.

Known for her signature Afere Atama, particularly the Atama Abaak variety, Chef Nini is showcasing the rich flavour and traditional character of the Akwa Ibom delicacy at her Ufok Atama stand at Ibom Hall.

Her menu also features Banga Atama and Mmon Mmong Ikong, drawing food lovers eager to experience her interpretation of the state’s indigenous cuisine.

The festival enters its final day today, with organisers and exhibitors inviting residents and visitors to Ibom Hall to explore the wide range of local dishes and culinary offerings on display.
